I didn’t receive a confirmation email after I placed my order.

You should receive an email after you order and again when your order ships. Don’t see it? Check your spam or lesser viewed folders. It often gets sent there for some reason.

How long till my order arrives?

About 2 weeks. We are a Made to Order company which means we don’t have lots of inventory already made. If you need your piece by a certain date, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate that.
